Telmap's executive team brings long-standing experience in multi-disciplinary fields such as engineering, marketing, sales and law. The team has a proven track record in transitioning innovative concepts to tangible solutions. Read below to learn more about our executive team.

Roy Golding | Chief Financial Officer

Roy brings to Telmap over 15 years of diverse local and international experience in operational, financial leadership and M&A. At Telmap Roy is responsible for all finance, legal, and administration activities of the Telmap worldwide group of companies. Roy has been a member of Telmap's senior management since joining the Company as the CFO in 2009 and has a vital role in the Company's business strategy, negotiations and execution. Before joining Telmap Roy was a Senior Manager at UHY Advisors NY and successfully led the largest individual audit in the firm's history. Roy was responsible for SEC related clients, SPAC's due diligence and international multi geographic clients. Roy closely worked and guided developing stage and start-up companies, public companies, internet commercial, communication and manufacturing companies. Roy is well versed in international taxation, valuations and mergers and acquisitions. Roy is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor's of Business degree from the College of Management and a Master of Law degree from Bar- Ilan University.

Ofer Siloni | Chief Operating Officer

Ofer Siloni joined Telmap in 2007 as VP Professional Services and was appointed COO in 2010. In his current position, Ofer heads all engineering organizations - R&D and delivery, project management activities as well as Telmap's service operations, with multiple teams in Israel and Romania. Ofer joined Telmap after 12 years in Comverse where he held various R&D, delivery and customer facing positions. In his last two roles Ofer managed a large generic R&D group and a Business Unit in charge of Mobile Email and PIM. Prior to that Ofer worked closely with various customers as Project Director.

Ronen Soffer | Executive VP and Chief Technology Officer

Ronen has been a member of the Telmap leadership team since 2001, taking a key part in defining and executing the company's vision, business strategy and roadmap. His past roles include starting the Professional Services group, heading Telmap's entry to the Americas, and responsibility over product management and product marketing. Ronen also looked after the acquisition and relationship with several key accounts and partnerships. He currently serves as Telmap's CTO and EVP for Business Development. Ronen started his professional career 20 years ago heading a large-scale project for the design, development and deployment of an innovative tactical system in the IAF. He has then spent a few years in management roles with a system integration firm and a broadband Carrier.

Alon Podhurst | Executive VP, EMEA Sales

Alon manages Telmap’s sales organization in the EMEA region. Before taking on his current role, Alon set up and managed the Telmap Israel business unit since its inception in January 2009. Telmap Israel focuses on the Israeli LBS market –Telmap’s home market, and among the most advanced and successful LBS markets worldwide. Alon joined Telmap as AVP Sales, to lead sales in key accounts in Europe and Israel. Prior to joining Telmap, Alon worked for the EMEA sales division at Comverse, with his last position being Director of Content Solutions sales. Before Comverse, Alon worked as an associate attorney with the High Technology and Venture Capital Group at Danziger, Klagsbald, Rosen and Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms. Alon holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and a Law degree from Tel Aviv University.

Gilad Gruber | VP R&D

Gilad Z. Gruber is a seasoned high tech executive with extensive technical and managerial experience. Gilad led development, testing, support and IT in both large enterprises including Unisys, SAP, and Mercury interactive and in small companies and startups, including TopTier, Orsus solutions, MobiMate LTD and Porticor Cloud Security. Gilad participated in and led development of world class software products including Mercury’s LoadRunner Unix, Mercury’s Virtual User Generator, SAP’s Business One small business solution and MobiMate’s WorldMate product line. Many of these products achieved great success in the marketplace with customer installations ranging from thousands to millions. Gilad holds a BSc in Computer Engineering and an MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California - San Diego.

Shirly Lesinger | VP Human Resources

Shirly Lesinger joined Telmap in November 2011 as VP Human Resources. She has over 15 years of proven track record in diverse human resource and senior organizational consulting. Prior to Telmap Shirly held VP and Director HR Positions in several global companies, including: Alvarion, Marvell and Intel, where she gained experience in leading HR teams, growing and developing multinational organizations, conducting organizational transition and taking a major role in M&A processes. Shirly holds an M.A. from the Hebrew University, a diploma in physiology's Coaching and Group dynamic leading from Tel Aviv University.

Ziv Orr | VP Sales

With 15 years of experience in partnering with mobile carriers globally, Ziv has joined Telmap in 2005 serving in key sales and business development positions through which he evangelized and led some of the company's major carrier partnership-acquisitions that greatly assisted Telmap's ascend to its dominant position in the LBS market. Currently, Ziv is leading strategic business development and sales efforts with tier-one carrier groups in North America and EMEA, in addition to managing Telmap's growing business in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Telmap, Ziv held executive positions in various B2B companies in the area of mobile and telecoms, focusing on carriers, SIs and distributors serving the consumer and enterprise segments.
